Suzana Panasian

Yogacharya Suzana Panasian, member of the National Naturo-Therapy Association, Collaborator for Canada of the World Movement of Yoga and Ayurveda, Member and Certified Teacher in Yoga Therapy with the Francophone Yoga Federation, Yoga Instructor and Ayurveda Therapist. Suzana has been practicing Yoga since 1991 when she received her first Hatha Yoga training in the Sivananda and Ramakrishna traditions.

Certified Yoga Teacher, she completed a 329 hour Teacher Training Program with the Satyam School of Yoga in Montreal. The training follows the teachings of Sannyasi Vishnuswaroop, the director of Satyananda institute in Nepal.

As her personal spiritual path, Suzana has been practicing Raja Yoga with Suddha Dharma Organization in Montreal since 2001. In 2005 she completed a 300 hour Raja Yoga Certification Course with the Suddha Dharma Brazil and under the directives of Swami Narayananand Ayurved Saraswati. This certification entitles her to teach and share the Suddha Raja Yoga as thought by Suddha Dharma.

It is the study of Yoga that brought her in contact with the science of Ayurveda, the "Science of Life". In 2005, Suzana followed a six month Ayurvedic Healing Course with Dr. Frawleyand became a Certified Ayurvedic Health Educator. In 2006, she gained more practical experience in Ayurveda procedures and treatments by following the Ayurveda Therapy Course at the Suddha Sabha clinic in Brazil with Dr José Ruguê Ribeiro (Swami Narayanand Ayurveda Saraswati) following which she started to practice Ayurveda as a Certified Therapist.

Certified by the World Mouvement of Ayurveda, Suzana is currently practicing Ayurveda Therapy (consultations and treatments) at her own cabinet established since December 2006. Presenlty giving a series of conferences, courses and seminars on Yoga and Ayurveda in collaboration with Yoga Organisations and Schools in Montreal. Since 2002, she has been teaching over 800 hours of public Hatha Yoga Classes with different organizations and Community Centers in Montreal and Laval as well as private sessions of Yoga Therapy.
