BASIC PRINCIPLES OF AYURVEDA
A continuing education programme addressed mainly to the Yoga Teachers
but open as well to anybody interested in learning more about this science (some Yoga experience is recommended).
- A 4 day Ayurveda programme given in French;
- Certified by the Francophone Yoga Federation as part of the Yoga Therapy programme;
- The course is giving a 40 hour credit (30 hour in training and 10 hours in individual study);
- Structured in 2 modules (2 week-ends);
- The participation to both modules is mandatory in order to obtain the 30 hour credit certified by the Federation ;
- The course consists mainly in the presentation of the Ayurvedic principles; for a better assimilation of the theory,
the course will include as well exercises and the analysis of concrete cases;
- Each module has a test consisting in questions and the study of a concrete case. The results of the tests will not be graded; the
certification will be provided when all questions are correctly answered;
- A hand out in French will be available at the end of the course:
